How do I get help if I have questions on any of my tools?

We have many resources to help you get the most out of SportsEngine HQ. There is a help experience within SportsEngine HQ that presents contextual help information and guided walkthroughs wherever you are on the platform. If you need additional help, you can chat online with a Customer Success representative. Premium and Pro customers also have the ability to schedule a phone call with a Customer Success representative. Plus, our Community help center is filled with video and editorial content that can help you get the most out of SportsEngine.
Are there any additional fees or minimum processing requirements?

There are a few fees you should be aware of. When using any tool that collects online monetary transactions, a processing fee applies.

Free package: The processing rate for invoicing & billing tools is 4.5% and $2 on every transaction—these fees can be passed along to the individual making the payment.

Express package: The processing rate for invoicing & billing tools is 3.5% and $2 on every transaction—these fees can be passed along to the individual making the payment.

Premium package: The processing rate is 3.25% and $1.50 on every transaction for both the registration and invoicing & billing tools—these fees can be passed along to the individual making the payment.

Pro package: The processing rate is 3.2% and $1.00 on every transaction for both the registration and invoicing & billing tools—these fees can be passed along to the individual making the payment.

In addition, for subscribers of the Express, Premium and Pro package, the rate you pay (starting at $79/month or $799/year) is based on the expectation that you will use SportsEngine HQ as your system of record and process at least $1,000 worth of payments with SportsEngine during the 12 months of your subscription. If you do not meet the minimum processing requirement, you will be charged a $300 fee at the renewal of your annual contract.
Can I add additional products and services later?

Yes, you will always have the opportunity to add additional services after you join SportsEngine (including, live & on-demand video streaming, class & lesson management, background screenings, tournament management, website design, additional training, uniforms & apparel and SEO & branding)—setup fees and other costs may apply.
Can I cancel my SportsEngine HQ package?

You’ll have a full 90-days to explore all the ins and outs of your SportsEngine tools without any penalties for cancellation charges.

After 90 days, your contract with SportsEngine is for one year from your original purchase date.
Is it really free? What’s the catch?

Yes! You can join SportsEngine at no cost when you select our Free package. We’ve made some of our most popular tools available to sports organizations for free to help further our mission of getting more kids involved in sports.

By joining for free, you’ll receive access to tools that will help you raise money, secure sponsorships, find new members, collect fees, launch apparel stores, and market programs.

Organizations can upgrade at any time to our Express, Premium or Pro package (starting at $79/month or $799/year) with for online registration capabilities, mobile-friendly websites, rostering and scheduling, team and organization messaging, invoicing and payments, and other feature-rich sports management technology.
